The cinema can focus on its programme and its audience. We handle bookings, terms and settlement with the distributors, with one monthly invoice.
What the cinema gets
- Film bookings with the distributors, including the terms
- Monthly settlement of film rental and minimum guarantees on one invoice
- Weekly online reporting of admissions and box office per screening, also from a phone
- Preparation of the music-rights (Artisjus) report from the reported data

For distributors
One contact for several cinemas
Bookings, data and settlement for the cinemas we represent are handled in one place. The distributor deals with one partner and issues one invoice.
Box office report
By film, cinema and day: screenings, admissions, gross and net box office, film rental. As PDF and Excel.
Checked settlement
Incoming invoices are compared with the reported data, by film and cinema, before payment.
Direct billing
Where the distributor invoices the cinema directly, admissions are still included in the box office report.
